It's Time for Share Your Wake Forest Garden

A real, functioning (slightly dysfunctional!) urban micro-farm on 1/5 acre
Mother's Day weekend means it's time for the Share Your Wake Forest Garden event again!  If you're in the Wake Forest area, feel free to come by for a visit.  We're garden #5 on your map, and don't forget to bring the kids.  They'll love the opportunity to see and pet the animals.  When you drop by, here's a taste of what you'll see:

Happy goats!

Big birds

Little birds
Baby Nigerian Dwarf goats

A diverse organic garden featuring genuine family heirloom vegetable varieties (and a sneaky cat!)

Water conservation

An orchard with various fruit trees, blackberries, blueberries, grapes, strawberries, and more.

Has anybody seen my work boots?

A lazy cat

All this and more on less than a quarter acre, just a few blocks from downtown Wake Forest
We're looking forward to seeing you this weekend at the Share Your Wake Forest Garden tour.  If you have any trouble finding us, feel free to contact us at 919-815-6601.

Happy Mother's Day, everyone!
